Corrie the Cute.

When Corrie's face lights up, it's to die for.
Unfortunately, that kind of joy is hard to catch on camera!

Last, yes.  But certainly not least!

Abbi the Crafty!

Abbi has wowed us lately with her crafts, mostly of paper.
A post on that will come shortly, but for today, here are some of her pictures:

Abigail, your smile is beautiful!

Anna the Energetic!

We love your 4-missing-teeth smile!

You can't tell it from the pictures, but Anna is full of enthusiasm.
She's got a dozen plans for every day!

Memories with the Cousins!

Last month, we were able to have a couple days of vacation
in Thailand with Laura's sister Jan's family.

Less than one month apart, Elijah and Corrie sure are cute!

What a beautiful waterfall!

We all got a bit off the beaten path here,
and Jan (holding Zach) and Eva paused for a great picture!

All the girls…Abbi, Eva, Anna, and Corrie (in front).
They have such a great time together!

Climbing on strange formations of tree branches…or are they roots?

Funny faces from Elijah and Corrie! (Wearing shirts they painted themselves!)

Elijah, Anna, Micah (waving), Eva, Abbi, Jan (holding Zach),
and Laura on a misty day atop the highest mountain in Thailand!

Nephew Elijah warms up to Uncle Jeff!  Yeah!

Creatures and Crunchy Soup

Glad we saw this critter before he saw us!  We found him under the banana tree in our yard, and had the courage to get the camera before we sliced him in thirds.  Thanks to Esther for spotting him first!

Not really sure what is in this soup…but others have named it "poop soup."  Based on descriptions from our Lao friends, the name probably fits.

You never know what you might have to dodge on a road trip in northern Thailand.  Fortunately, these cows don't dart like dogs do!

This critter was making his way outside our hotel room, which is way better than INSIDE our hotel room.
