Kayaking with Dad

Jeff and Micah kayaking early in the morning.  Micah wanted to do the 1-man kayak by himself and did a great job!

 Beautiful sunrise to boot!
 Proud of his boy.
Proud of himself.

Bike trip to an Aquarium

Even Corrie is big enough to ride her own bike with the rest of us, about 2 kilometers down the road to a small aquarium.  Admission: $2.60 for the whole family.  =)  We got to see the scuba diver feed the small sharks and other large fish!
But before we entered the aquarium, we had a picnic lunch by the beach.

Beach fun

This week, we're vacationing at the beach in Thailand, about 4 hrs south of Bangkok.
Corrie has been a bit scared of the ocean, especially worried about things blowing/floating away.  But she's still had fun in the surf and building sand castles.
Running in and out of the waves, with Daddy or friends she made here this week, has meant lots of joy in Abbi!

A SandStorm-- of the best kind!

Introducing our two new puppies!  They are sisters, not quite 4 months old now.  They will be outside dogs, as almost all dogs are in this country.  Our side yard is a perfect gated "run".  As they get bigger (aka, more trustworthy), they'll be allowed in the whole yard without supervision.
After much debate, the kids finally settled on the names Sandy and Thunderstorm, or Stormy.  That makes for the possibility of one major sandstorm!
Sandy is the responsibility of Anna and Abigail.  She's a bit more of the leader than Stormy.
Micah and Corrie are responsible for Stormy.  They're both learning fast, like not to jump and to sit down before they are given their food!  We can foresee lots of fun coming our way!

Christmas fun

Making apple pie... Anna can almost do this by herself!
 Christmas dinner with the cousins!
 Gifts from Grandma Henney-- yay!
Using the new craft gifts = 3 happy girls.
